How we work with developers.

Mid-market developers (single-project SPVs, family-office developers, repeat-developer operators) need legal advice that moves at the pace of the project. We act from site acquisition through to planning, finance, build, off-the-plan releases, settlement and post-completion.

Our planning practice handles development applications, planning controls, Land and Environment Court appeals, and the carve-outs around heritage, flood and environmental constraints. Our property practice handles the acquisition and the staged settlement of completed lots, including subdivision and strata.

We work alongside architects, planners, engineers, builders and councils, coordinating the legal-side workflows so the development team can focus on the build.
